Beyin Dalgaları, Öğrenme ve NATURA Sound Therapy Programı
Beyinden yayılan elektrik sinyalleri kafatasına bağlanan alıcılarla ölçülebiliyor. Elektroensefalogram (EEG) denen bir aletle ölçülen bu sinyallere "beyin dalgaları" deniliyor. Esas olarak 4 tür beyin dalgası var. Bunlar alfa, delta, teta ve beta ilk bulunan beyin dalgasına, Yunan alfabesinin ilk harfi olan alfa deniyor. Bu dalgalar, bir voltun milyonda biri kadar düşük bir voltaja sahip. Saniyede 10 kez salınan alfa dalgaları bir görülüyor bir kayboluyor, yani sürekli mevcut değiller. Örneğin, derin uykuda ya da aşırı heyecan durumlarında bu dalga neredeyse hiç yok.
Alfa dalgaları (8-12 Hz) Sessiz öğrenme hali. Genellikle insanın rahat olduğu, çok fazla efor sarf etmediği durumlarda görülüyor.
